Frequently Asked Questions

There is currently no need for login details. The course content will be directly emailed to your mailbox.

Don’t worry! We will be sending you the course material via your mailbox. This removes the need to login!

  1. Each level of the app academy course has a dedicated forum for you to post your questions and queries.
  2. You’ll find the forum at the top of each level of the course.
  3. Click here to login and access the forums.

You can update your details on the My Profile page.

  1. Login to your account here.
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right of the page and click “Profile”.
  3. On the Profile page, click on the edit profile link.
  4. From here you’ll be able to edit your person details like your name, surname and email address.

Yes. You can watch the live lectures and access the rest of your learning materials from a mobile device. But to practice what you learn, you’ll need a laptop of computer.

Most of the lessons of the App Academy are videos and live streams. You’ll need around 3gbs a week. It’s better to watch your lessons over a wifi connection to prevent stuttering, especially during the live lectures.

A link to the live lectures will be sent out to you before each lecture. The link will also be posted on the learning platform.

The recording of each lessons will be sent to your email after each live stream, so you can always go back and catch up. However, it’s best to try and stay up to date with your lessons to prevent work from pilling up.

  1. Make sure you have access to a computer/ laptop and a good internet connection.
  2. Set up your development environment by downloading and installing Visual Studio Code.
  3. Login to your learning account and make sure you’re ready to go when lessons start. You can login here.
